DOT Revises Hazardous Materials Regulations

In the July 20 Federal Register, the Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) issued final amendments the Hazardous Materials Regulations to make to update and clarify certain regulatory requirements.
