Hours of service rules suspended in states struck by winter storm

Several states hit by winter storm  this weekend have suspended hours of service rules for drivers carrying emergency supplies. Today, New Jersey became the sixth northeast state to suspend trucker hour-of-service rules after winter storm Nemo left more than 3 feet of snow in some locations.
